    May 20, 2020 Welcome to Tech Support Guy! The drivers on the docking station, which is what you are supposed to be able to use, say that it doesn’t work. HP Customer Support – Software and Driver Downloads. If you normally attach an external drive for regular backups, using this docking station would lengthen the time required to copy files over. My model number is HSTNN-S01X. They call it a docking station. That's all I can tell about the model number, it is from the back of the device. I was trying to do as I would've normally like to do, attatch everything to the docking station, and connect it via it's USB to the computer so that only USB is in the computer.
