Hey,
I recently purchased Synthmaster 2.8.11 Everything bundle from the KV331 audio website and I'm having trouble loading the plugins into Reason. For the first time booting up Reason after installing all of KV331 audio's stuff I got an error message stating: 'Could not create directory: /Users/Shared/SynthMasterOneTemp29/Logs'.
I went to the manage plugin window and enabled the device however that did nothing. I then decided to uninstall and reinstall all of the KV331 Audio stuff in a different order, and still got the same error message. After that, I updated my operating system, checked for Reason updates, and uninstalled and then reinstalled all of KV331 audio devices, all of which failed.
Now I have no idea what to do next and I was hoping for some kind of suggestion. No, I have not contacted KV331 Audio because I feel like the error is a Reason problem though I could be entirely wrong.
If it helps, on the manage plugin window under manufacturer it is unknown; under type it is unknown; and under status it is could not be loaded.
